 Fulgor Shaping Units Technical features
Schemes
A new range of versatile models, suitable for shaping articles of medium and large sizes by means of appropriate metal moulds. Various regulations allow to adapt production to different kinds of ceramic mass.
- Mould-bearing spindle with variable speed, adjustable from electric switchboard;
- Hydraulic circuit foreseen for switching of speeds of rapid/slow pressing by means of electric limit switches;
- Intermediate slowing down for allowing extraction of the item without deformations.
Can be applied upon request:
- Device for repetition of shaping stroke;
- Spraying device for desticking oil.
The device for extraction of the item may be of hydraulic type.
