Hydraulic presses Technical features
Schemes

Vicentini hydraulic presses are used for production of ceramic items that require pressing without rotation.
The shaping of the item to be produced is realised by means of compression of ceramic body inside a mould.
The mould can either be a metal or a plaster mould. It depends from the type of ceramic mass used and from the item to be realised.
Each model of hydraulic press is characterised from the power (No. of tons) that can be used for pressing; the smallest hydraulic press has a power of 5 tons, the biggest reaches a power of 90 tons.
These values are realised by means of hydraulic power packs that guide a hydraulic piston. It is possible to regulate rising-lowering speed of the mobile cross beam.
